Live
directing
Our directors know how to handle live sports events and full studio productions. They coordinate camera and audio teams, presenters, and guests; oversee creative direction and timing; and ensure every broadcast goes live smoothly and powerfully. In addition to studio and match directing, Grinta provides replay directors, assistant directors, and stream directors.
EVS
Our EVS operators are the link between the director and editorial teams during live sports. They craft slow-motion replays, prepare highlights, and edit analysis segments, atmosphere shots, and interviews to enrich the broadcast, all on a tight clock. Above all, they thrive in high-pressure environments.
Graphics
Our graphic operators seamlessly integrate live logos, lower thirds, scoreboards, and data visualizations. They create templates, attach real-time data, and place graphics precisely to enhance clarity and visual appeal.
Play-out
Our play-out operators cue every video clip, bumper, or commercial to the frame. They work with EVS, IP-Director, FastServe, K2, and vMix, handling each broadcast element with precision.
Post
Editing
Our editors weave image, audio, and graphics into a compelling story: selecting the best shots, refining pacing and color, and delivering a final cut that aligns with the programme’s tone. We handle both rough cuts and final edits, and are proficient with various editing platforms, working seamlessly in Adobe and Avid.
editorial
Our editorial team develops story ideas, writes scripts, and coordinates the production. The editor-in-chief ensures the editorial vision is strong, performs final checks, and maintains content quality and consistency. Our display editors comb through archives and press libraries, clear rights, add metadata, and ensure every piece of footage is complete—both visually and legally—before it goes on air or online.
Mediamanagement
During large productions, our media managers oversee all recorded footage on-site. They handle fast and secure transfers, organize and label files directly on set, and deliver content in the correct formats for editing or live use – crucial for a smooth post-production workflow.
